i just called my mom. she got back from a 3 week trip to israel, jordan, and egypt 8 days ago and all i had heard from her was one forwarded email joke that she sent to her entire address book. i had left 2 messages, but got no return call.
so i called and she answered and i asked to hear about her trip and she said there wasn't much to tell. i asked her how she could go around the world for 3 weeks and not have anything to share.... she said "talk to your dad" (he was there visiting, they're divorced and yet "hang out", he went on the trip too which is how i know she got home safely.)
i guess my mom isn't talking to me. i'm really over this.
